Eric Harrison
Sr. Vice Commander - Army

Eric Harrison recently retired from the U.S. Army at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, after more than 20 years of service.  He is a native of Fairport, New York and was commissioned in 2002 as a Second Lieutenant in the Field Artillery. 


LTC Harrison’s assignments include: Platoon Leader, 1st Battalion, 94th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Armored Division; Military Transition Team (MTT) Fires and Effects Advisor; Battery Commander, Alpha and Headquarters Battery, 2nd Battalion, 11th Field Artillery Regiment, 25th Infantry Divison; Joint Staff Intern; Congressional Liaison Officer; Brigade Fire Support Officer and Battalion Operations Officer, 1st Battalion, 82nd Field Artillery Regiment; 1st Cavalry Division Artillery (DIVARTY) Operations Officer, U.S. Army Europe (USAREUR) Commander’s Initiatives Group, and Rochester Institute of Technology’s (RIT) Army ROTC Tiger Battalion.   


LTC Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from North Georgia College, a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University, and a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University. 


His awards and decorations include: the Bronze Star Medal (3 awards), the Meritorious Service Medal (3 awards), the Joint Service Commendation Medal, the Army Commendation Medal (3 awards), the Army Achievement Medal (4 awards), the Joint Chiefs of Staff Identification Badge, and the Combat Action Badge.

 

He and his wife Sara reside in Fairport and have two sons, Eli and Jack.
